From the living room into the hallway and to the left, is the master bedroom and bath. The king sized bed can stay if the new owner wishes. There are two closets in the room as well as a huge closet and laundry area beyond the double French doors.
Two windows with woven matchstick blinds, look out onto the covered back porch and spa. There’s a bird feeder just outside the window for early morning entertainment. This bedroom is the only room in the house with carpet.
This room also has a mini-split and ceiling fan. There are swinging, saloon-style, double doors that open into the bathroom with a dressing table on the left and a full sized bathtub and shower to the right.
